Lynn's approach to real estate is organizational. By having each client's transaction history, Lynn can respond more quickly to clients, loan officers, title companies and others involved in the process. Organization is invaluable in keeping buyers and sellers well informed.

Denny and Lynn have been continuous full time real estate professionals since 1980. That's over 34 years of combined experience in real estate sales and management! Their specialty is residential real estate, and they have successfully worked with first-time and move-up home buyers, sellers in all price ranges, and upper bracket properties.
A strong area of their business expertise is in new construction. Lynn and Denny both have represented builders and work with buyers to build new homes.
Denny has owned and managed his own real estate and building companies. After taking the opportunity to sell his company to a major savings and loan, he decided to concentrate his energy and expertise on his first love, listing and selling real estate.
Lynn has been involved in upper management of a major real estate company in the Twin Cities, and is extremely computer literate. She finds it more enjoyable working with "real people" rather than in the corporate environment.

Professional Accomplishments
Denny is the current treasurer of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS, and will be President Elect for 1998! In addition, Denny was:

Lynn currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS and the Board of the REALTORS Credit Union. She also serves on the Dakota County Association of REALTOR Education Committee.
Denny and Lynn attend all of the State and National REALTOR meetings so they can stay on top of new ideas and techniques in the fast-changing real estate industry. Ideas from these meetings have benefited both buyers and sellers alike.
They are also the only husband and wife team to both hold the CRS designation in the southern suburbs, and one of only 5 in the Twin Cities metro area, according to Edina Realty. Those receiving the designation must complete the required courses offered by the Residential Sales Council and must demonstrate expertise in applied residential real estate marketing. Less than 3% of all Realtors hold this designation.
For the fifth consecutive year, Denny and Lynn have achieved membership in the President's Circle, placing them in the top 1% of all sales associates in the country.
