Their business expertise is in both New Construction and Existing home sales. Lynn & Denny have represented builders and have worked with buyers to build new homes. In addition to New Construction sales, they help BUYERS and SELLERS with their existing home sales by;

Denny has owned and managed his own Real Estate & Building companies. After taking the opportunity to sell his company to a major savings and loan, he decided to concentrate his energy and expertise on his 1st love, listing & selling Real Estate.  Lynn has been involved in upper management of a major Real Estate company in the Twin Cities and is fluent in computer technology. She finds it enjoyable working with “Real People” and being an experienced leader in the Real Estate community.
